FREE Wedding Giveaway

Provided By Family Services of Greater Houston and
“The Ask Kim Jordan Show”

Rules and Regulations - Fall 2009

1. All applicants must be at least 18 years or older and engaged or married.
2. All applicants are required to register and complete a Twogether in Texas, Gulf Coast Region marriage class at one of the designated locations within the Gulf Coast region in order for their name to be submitted to the drawing.  (NOTE:  Family Services of Greater Houston is the provider for Twogether in Texas, Gulf Coast Region.)
3. The class must be taken and completed between the dates of August 8, 2009 through October 3, 2009.
4. Once applicants have completed the class, their name will be submitted for the drawing on October 9, 2009.
5. The winner will be randomly drawn by Family Services and Greater Houston and The Ask Kim Jordan Show from the qualified applicants submitted to them by the designated class locations.
6. Upon drawing the winner, the couple will be notified by phone and e-mail.  If the winner does not contact The Ask Kim Jordan Show within 48 hours, another winner will be selected.
7. Once the couple is selected, Family Services and Greater Houston and and The Ask Kim Jordan Show will confirm that the couple does in fact qualify for the FREE wedding giveaway set for Saturday, November 7, 2009.
8. All prizes included in the giveaway will be arranged and determined by The Ask Kim Jordan Show.
9. Each week, The Ask Kim Jordan Show will reveal another prize included in the giveaway on their show on Channel 55 KTBU.
10. The location and guest size of the wedding will also be determined by The Ask Kim Jordan Show and Family Services and Greater Houston.
11. The Ask Kim Jordan Show reserves the right to make any substitutions for prizes, location or guest size due to a vendor conflict or concern.
12. The Ask Kim Jordan Show and Family Services and Greater Houston cannot be held responsible for an Act of Nature or God that would postpone the FREE wedding giveaway or move the location and/or date.
13. The winner assumes all responsibilities for any items they want to include, but are not offered as part of the FREE wedding giveaway.
14. The winner also assumes all responsibility for taxes incurred as part of the FREE wedding giveaway.
15. The Ask Kim Jordan Show and Family Services and Greater Houston reserve the right to change or modify the rules and regulations at any said time and date.
