Workshops - Harris County Free Premarital Workshop


Where are workshops offered? Family Services of Greater Houston offers monthly workshops in 13 counties--from High Island to Huntsville to Matagorda Bay.

Who will teach the workshops? Workshop providers are trained in premarital education curriculums accepted by the Twogether in Texas program that teach communication and conflict management skills.

Who is eligible? Our workshops are designed for any couple interested in marriage in Texas. We equip couples with relationship skills that can be used in any relationship or marriage.

Description

Champion Forest Baptist Church will be sponsoring this free Premarital Workshop. However, please note there is a $10 per couple for lunch.

Couples must pre-register for this workshop by calling Debbie Edgar at 281.440.3800.

Following the completion of this workshop, couples will receive the Twogether in Texas certificate which will waive the $60 marriage license fee and the 72 hr. waiting period.
